The estate accommodates up to 20 guests across 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, including five master bedrooms and three spacious Family Suites, each featuring a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom.
Surrounded by generous gardens and sweeping views over the Conca d’Oro in Panzano in Chianti, the villa invites guests to embrace the rhythm of Tuscan life. Days can be spent relaxing beside the panoramic pool, reading in a hammock beneath the umbrella pines or enjoying a leisurely game of bocce.
Several covered outdoor dining areas create the perfect setting for long lunches and candlelit dinners, while the fully equipped kitchen, traditional wood-burning oven and impressive wine cellar make every gathering feel special. With the estate’s own wines close at hand, Ca’ di Pesa offers an authentic and deeply private experience in one of Tuscany’s most celebrated landscapes.

A private cooking class celebrating handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients and the convivial spirit of Tuscany with wine tasting. A local chef will guide guests through the preparation of traditional recipes such as fresh pappardelle, ravioli, rustic sauces and cantucci. The class can take place directly at the villa and concludes with a leisurely meal accompanied by the estate’s wines, surrounded by the views of the Conca d’Oro.
A private hot-air balloon flight above vineyards, medieval villages and the rolling hills of Chianti. At sunrise, guests will take to the skies for an unforgettable flight over the Tuscan countryside. From above, cypress-lined roads, vineyards and historic estates unfold across the landscape, followed by a celebratory breakfast or glass of prosecco upon landing.
An authentic countryside experience guided by a local truffle hunter and trained dog. Guests will venture into the woods surrounding Chianti in search of one of Tuscany’s most prized ingredients. Accompanied by an expert truffle hunter, they will discover the traditions and secrets of the hunt before enjoying a private tasting or lunch featuring freshly found truffles and regional wines.

Your stay includes a daily Italian buffet breakfast, daily housekeeping, premium linen and towels, luxury bathroom amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi and full use of the villa’s equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, barbecue area, outdoor pool, solarium and heated six-person Jacuzzi. Guests also enjoy daily pool towels, fresh produce from the organic kitchen garden, eggs, water, coffee and tea, as well as a complimentary wine tasting with the estate’s winemaker. A dedicated concierge and property manager are available throughout the stay to assist with every need.

Ca’ di Pesa is located near Panzano in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico countryside. The property is best reached by car and is conveniently accessible from Florence Airport, Pisa Airport and the main railway stations in Florence and Siena. Upon request, our concierge can arrange a private chauffeured transfer directly to the villa, ensuring a comfortable and seamless arrival.
